Nice location on river with a handful of restaurants near by. Roof top deck very nice. Quieter location. Our view from the room was the side of a building. Really comfy bed, sleek bathrooms, nice lobby bar

Hotel is not I the best location not meaning dangerous, It’s far away from the downtown. The facilities were very clean nice and comfortable. The reception staff was ok, could have been a bit more service oriented.

The lobby is one of the most amazing hotel lobbies that I've ever seen. The rooms are new and fresh.

We stayed for two nights at Vicci Porto. All the staff were welcoming, kind and friendly. They gave us the best recommendations for local restaurants by the hotel which we truly enjoyed the food and the experience (both are walking distance by the hotel (1. Illiabum cafe, 2. Taberna do Cais das Pedras) . Their breakfast is great- lots of choices and you can even make mimosas!

Everything seemed new and hotel has a very open and well designed atmosphere. Rooms are spectacular.

Check in was amazing. Suzanne at the check-in was extremely wonderful, and helpful.

Wonderful hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast with a huge assortment including champagne. My room was also huge as was the bathroom, conveniently separating large sink area from shower and WC areas. Right along the banks of the river which was perfect. I'd read about the distance of walk to the central Ribeira but I found it not much at all. I was so charmed by the river view that I walked right past the hotel twice. Also found it easy enough to walk from the hotel to the Port houses though trams and buses run right out front. The staff quickly provided me with an umbrella for rain showers. There is also a convenient grocery store just past it. Also enjoyed watching two football matches on the huge screen in spacious and comfortable bar area. Recommendation to try the delightful and affordable Taberna do Cais das Pedras, about a block or two away, for a very good selection of tapas. My request for late check-out was immediately accepted.

Buen hotel en una gran ubicacion. Cerca del centro historico y los lugares interesantes del rio Duero. Lo recomendamos
