Location is excellent. Staff is great. Appreciate the filtered water and ice in the lobby. Breakfast is excellent. While clean the rooms are very dated and need maintenace.

This hotel is situated in a great location for walking to pretty much everywhere of interest in Porto. The rooms were basic but clean with air con, safe and plenty of storage.

Good location but a few steep roads to traverse if walking to attractions. Room was on the small side but expected-equal to many other European rooms. Nowhere to store bags in the room. Good breakfast selection included. Helpful staff.

This was an ok hotel. We couldn’t get the safe to work and the mattress was way too soft. Otherwise it was fine as we really only used it to sleep.

Front desk staff were not only unfriendly, they were unapproachable. We encountered numerous clerks and each one made us feel we were bothering them and we were reluctant to ask questions. The information they provided regarding nearby sights and restaurants was minimal and we were even directed to a restaurant that had a 2 hour wait and we were not advised that a reservation would be recommended. As a VIP perk we were given a bottle of wine to take to our room, but the bartender was not cooperative to give us 2 wine glasses! Very disappointed and we would not recommend this hotel.
