The picture did not help in finding the hotel but our taxi driver showed us through the front door. Taxi only 7 euros from Campana station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay as were restaurant staff and housekeeping. The barman was particularly good but the bar only opened at 5pm. Only snacks are available. A huge number of restaurants are available in a few minutes walk down hill from the hotel. The room was ok we were on the 5th floor we suffered street noise both at night and early morning - double glazing is needed. The room was a little tired and the electrics, bedside tables ( which were behind the head board ) and the slatted blinds which gave a view of anybody in the bathroom were eccentric to say the least. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection of cold items. Hot items were not so good, scrambled egg was more like omelette, but I enjoyed them. I thought the coffee was ok. We flew out of Porto Airport after taking the Metro which is just across the road. Very easy and cheap

I felt like home in this hotel. The room was spacious, well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. I don’t have a heavy sleep, however I found myself having trouble getting out of bed, being so comfortable in it! The bathroom was modern and essentials are included. There is also a water heater in the room, with tea. We attended a 4 day conference in Porto this last week and found this hotel to have the perfect location. It is not near a very tourist zone, which is pleasant if you don’t like all the commotion. It is only 5min away from Trindade metro station and we used the metro every day. The breakfast didn’t have a wide range of food, however what was available was of very good quality. It was worth it to have it included! The staff was the best! They were always nice, polite and ready to help if needed. Our room light wasn’t working when we arrived, however the next day when we got back from the conference it was working. I know that when I come back to Porto I’ll stay here again!

A nice hotel very comfortable. Beds a bit hard but clean. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful. Close to the metro station and easy access to all of Porto via this system. Rooms smaller and interesting lighting system which is not logical.

Very bad maintenance. windows won't close properly, noise from the street is like actually sleeping outside, cold rooms with aircon not working. Breakfast eggs look like tender pieces of rubber and the coffee is really bad. No secretary in the room or place to work. Very small rooms despite what's looks in the pictures. You can find much better 3 stars near the subway in oporto than this questionably 4 stars. I decently don't recommend and won't come back.

Handily located across from metro station. Friendly and helpful staff on reception, bar and breakfast room. Room was standard hotel room but embellished with a statue and some modern art. Breakfast covered all tastes in a pleasant room. Bar was comfortable. They were happy to look after our bags for the day after checkout.

Very good location near a metro station. When we booked we asked for a room facing away from the street, we got a room facing the street. Very thin walls between the rooms so you heard everything. The street noise was also pretty high (that's why we asked for a room facing away from the street). Rock-hard bed and bad water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was ok but nothing more. An ok hotel but nothing more.

This is a nice hotel that represents good value for money. The rooms are clean and modern and well designed. There is a well stocked buffet breakfast with nice coffee. You get free drinks vouchers on check in to allow you to sample some of the port. Let's face it, Port wine isn't that nice, so this is a nice way to sample it. There is a bar, but it's lacking in atmosphere. There is no parking but there is a deal with a nearby parking garage.

We stayed just the one night before joining the river cruise. The room alocated was overlooking the metro which you couldn't hear unless you opened the window it was of modern decor clean and uncluttered, breakfast was included consisting mainly continental none the less excellent.we found it was ideal for exploring Porto with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby,we shall hopefully be returning this year as we found Porto fascinating.

This is great hotel in a nice location near the square just 5 miss walking...parking down the road at a discounted rate! Rooms are modern and quirky! Shower was amazing! Breakfast here was Fab.... Loads of everything to take your fancy.... Cleaners were full of smiles and very welcoming... Our inital receptionist didn't put any chat on us or welcome us but perhaps she had little English! All in all I would return and highly recommend.

This is a modern boutique hotel in a good location for sightseeing Porto. It is an easy walk to all the sights, to access the hop on hop off tourist bus and restaurants. Reception staff are very helpful and informative. Breakfast is great with a good variety of options including custard tarts :) It is across the road from the train station which is a direct line to/from the airport. Great choice for a city break!
