Atop of a 3-story building, this petit apartment is filled with colorful details and sunlight, which you can fully enjoy at the spacious balcony overlooking the streets of Bonfim.
This studio apartment accommodates 2 people, has a double bed, and a living room with sofa and dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine.
Towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The sleeping area has a closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer.
Just nearby, our guests will find an Italian Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a Supermarket, and our main office, open Mon to Fri from 09 AM to 06 PM, about 5 minutes away from the apartment.
Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and CampanhĂŁâs Train Station). Parking on the street of the building is paid.

The property was wonderful. Perfect for a couple looking to explore Porto. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. Itâs worth noting that the street the apartment is located on is known by locals for and evident to us as a street for âworking women.â We didnât feel unsafe, but itâs something to keep in mind before booking!

Un sĂ©jour au top avec ma compagne dans ce petit appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche de commoditĂ©s. Un petit supermarchĂ© au bout de la rue et de l'autre une petite "boulangerie/snack" pour les petits dĂ©jeuners.Comme mentionnĂ© dans d'autres commentaires on y croise en bas des prostituĂ©s, un peu dĂ©concertant au dĂ©but mais sont trĂšs discrĂštes et ça n'altĂšre en rien la vie de la rue qui reste calme.L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, la clim fait le job et la terrasse plus large que la moyenne avec sont carrelage rend l'endroit trĂšs agrĂ©able.La communactiin avec le locataire est fluide et trĂšs prĂ©cise.Seul peut bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© qui par endroit peut ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e (sol et l'alĂšse du lit...).Nous repasserons sans hĂ©sitez pas ce loueur vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s

Great spot. Great communication!
We loved this area. A mixture of tourism and local energy, depending on which direction you walk. Not in the busy, dense touristic area though. But you could walk there if you wanted. The balcony is wonderful. The shower is tiny but it works. The communication was really easy and awesome with the hosts.

Séjour agréable bon rapport qualité-prix
Appartement agrĂ©able, lumineux avec un petit balcon bien orientĂ©, un plus. Il faut compter 15 min Ă pied pour rejoindre le centre de Porto. SupermarchĂ© juste Ă un cĂŽtĂ© de mĂȘme que le mĂ©tro.
