Located like no other, in a neighborhood where you can wake up to the sound of birds, our 1BED Avenida Prime is on the 1st floor of a typical building from Bonfim, completely renovated in 2019, with no elevator, and solely used for Tourism rentals.
At walking distance from the city center, this apartment is prepared to elevate your experience in the city, granting you everything you need for a stress-free stay in Porto.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A washing/drying machine and a balcony drying rack are also provided.
By the dining area, the living room opens up to a small balcony from which the sun streams through the green trees of the avenue, lighting up the room where you can sit back, relax and watch some TV. Wi-Fi and AC (hot & cold) are included.
Towels, linens and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a large closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer.

Simple - Cute - Perfect
This location is great. Close walk to shopping and dining. As pictures show, large windows opens to a tree lined street.
I loved going downstairs to the corner cafe each morning for coffee and pastries.
The interior is clean, simple, and cute. Nothing fancy. It does not inspire one to want to stay indoors too much. But is perfect for a central landing place to rest and a recharge.
The property mgt is right next door making check in very convenient. The manager was very kind and helpful.
If happen to you have a car, there is a parking garage around the corner. ( €10/day).

Loved the location!
Close enought to everything but feels more like a neighborhood than strictly a tourist area. It was clean and having a washer was really nice. The shower needs a little attention - spray head is loose making it hard to direct to a useful spot and some mold needs treatment. Also, AC unit drips water when running.

A few tweaks will make this outstanding
The location was perfect! We loved the neighborhood. Walking proximity and very easy public transport access make this the ideal location from which to explore Porto. A toaster and iron were missing and no dresser for clothes are the very few items needed to make this an outstanding rental. I'll just add that Natalia and the Nomad City Flat Team were terrific to deal with, too. We will be back and rent through Nomad City Flat again!

La estancia ha sido positiva y agradable pero creo que hay un par de cosas muy simples que podrían mejorar la estancia. BAÑO: no hay ni un solo colgador para toallas y ropa . Sería recomendable poner 3 detrás de la puerta, 1 a la entrada de la ducha y otro ente el lavabo y el inodoro. El moho generado por La humedad en las juntas de silicona del suelo da un aspecto de poca higiene aunque esté limpio.
ARMARIO EMPOTRADO DEL DORMITORIO: Sería de gran ayuda colocar una balda debajo de la existente, a unos 60 cmt del suelo facilitaría mucho el orden en la ropa. Con 12 perchas no consigues colocar toda la ropa de 2 pax para una semana. De esta forma el hueco inferior será para maletas y calzado.
Una última cosa: convivir con las hormigas no nos ha ocasionado ningún problema pero creemos que hay personas a las que les puede molestar esto bastante. Además se puede valorar como una falta de higiene aunque no tiene relación alguna.
