The Space:

The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua Firmeza, directly connected to the heart of Porto, you will be in the city center. There is plenty to explore in the area, such as the Chapel of Souls, Via Santa Catarina Shopping, the famous Café Majestic, or the São João National Theatre — many spots that will surely amaze you.

To enjoy traditional Porto and Portuguese cuisine and fuel up for your city adventures, there are excellent restaurants nearby. You can try the iconic Francesinha at Café Santiago or savor more traditional Portuguese dishes at Abadia.

From the São Bento Train/Metro Station, bus number 500 is a great public transport option: it takes you through Ribeira, along the riverside, past Foz and the beaches, and ends at Matosinhos Market, where you can enjoy fresh, delicious fish. In Porto, you’ll always find a bus stop or metro station nearby.

Key collection is done at our Welcome Center — at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto — where you can meet our staff!

We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge of 200€ per hour.

In case you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of 40€ after 7 PM will apply. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) set at 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
