Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of €200 per hour will be charged for check-outs after the specified time without authorization.

In case of lost keys, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and our team needs to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If these expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a collaborator of the host to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
