For your convenience, it features central heating.
All apartments have direct or indirect access to a shared terrace.

The Space:
You will have at your disposal a double bed, a chaise longue that can be converted into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. You will have direct access to the terrace.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
You will be in the heart of Porto’s Baixa district, where culture and gastronomy take center stage!

The street is surrounded by monuments, cafés, bars, and restaurants. There are numerous tourist attractions, so we recommend planning your days to make sure you don’t miss anything.

We suggest a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end the day beautifully, dinner in Ribeira with a stunning view of the Douro River and Gaia’s waterfront!

You can also enjoy the beaches of Foz do Douro, just 7 km away.

Other Things to Note:
The key collection takes place at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure our guests' expectations are properly met. Our mission is to make sure that Liiiving is easy!
