Located in the main area of the city, next to the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello (bookstore), and just 3 minutes from Aliados and the São Bento metro station, you’ll be right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the important places you want to visit. Don’t forget to visit Rua das Flores, which is just 250 meters from the apartment.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.

If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your booking includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 190 euros. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (contact us for the price).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (contact us for the price).

If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
