This is an area that combines the energy of the port with the authenticity of a traditional neighborhood facing the sea.

The area is known for its fish and seafood restaurants, the Municipal Market, and the authentic seaside atmosphere. And for lovers of walking or cycling, the promenade invites you to enjoy moments of leisure by the sea. There is also the Parque da Cidade do Porto, one of the largest urban green spaces in the region.

Thanks to the proximity of public transportation, including the metro and buses, getting to the center of Porto or the airport is easy.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The amount of €2.00, included in the price of your stay, applies to guests aged over 16 years. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

In case you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses up to €190. If these expenses exceed that amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow entry of a collaborator for property inspection, whenever requested by the host, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
