I had done a block booking for 6 people but Expedia had only confirmed for 5 people, and the hotel was full which is why one of our group had to stay at a different hotel. Initially the reception could not find our booking at all and it took 30 minutes for them to do so. This is not what you expect.

Parking almost non existent- a pain. The breakfast was very basic. Smell in rooms possibly coming from the hard flooring. Smell of sewage and funky smells around rooms and hall. On a positive note, all staff very friendly

No fridge in the room, AC not working. No parking, to stop the car and get the lugggage out I had to "park" on the sidewalk, which you aren't supposed to do that. This will be good for people that uber or walk not for the ones that have a rental car. You see homeless people in the neighborhood. I will not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is well located, which was a plus. Not in the city center but in a safe area. However, as part of a hotel chain, I expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that no one was available to assist me and that a note would be left for the next day — but I was checking out the following morning, so that wasn’t helpful. I travel frequently for both work and leisure with my family, and I rarely leave negative feedback. However, I believe service is a key part of any hospitality experience, and in this case, it fell short.

The property was very clean,tidy and quiet, the staff were really amazingly helpful & friendly, soeaks English too. Breakfast was good, the guest had a lot of choice to choose from cereal to fruits and continental. It is accessible to major tranaport like buses, metro.taxi or uber. Bar is ooen at certain time at night where you can relax after a long day of sight seeing. I though having the concept of "forget itt" was very thoughtful and personal touch..it means If you forget a toothbrush, toothpaste or a disposable shaver just the reception they will provide you with one. Overall I could highly recommend this properry to anyone even for a ahort or longer visit
