Our delightful apartment provides a comfortable and stylish retreat for guests to relax and explore all Porto offers. With its prime location and proximity to many attractions, our apartment is ideal for travellers looking to experience the best of Porto's cultural, recreational, and entertainment offerings.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a large window that lets in ample fresh air and natural light.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Paranhos is a lively and diverse neighbourhood located in Porto, Portugal. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and rich cultural heritage, it offers a mix of residential areas, commercial streets, and green spaces. The neighbourhood is home to several educational institutions, including the University of Porto, which adds youthful energy to the area. Paranhos provides a convenient and enjoyable living experience for residents and visitors alike, with various shops, cafes, and restaurants and easy access to public transportation.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Marquês, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
