This charming 50m² apartment is tastefully designed and ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room boasts a cosy sofa bed for relaxation, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with everything you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your stay.

Situated on the 1st floor, the building also includes an elevator for easy access.

You will have access to a gym that belongs to the condominium.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the city. Just a short distance from attractions like the iconic Luís I Bridge and the stunning Porto Cathedral, you'll be right in the heart of all the action. Indulge in delicious local cuisine at many restaurants and "cafes" in the surroundings

This property boasts a great location for exploring the city. With both Aliados and Bolhão stations just a short walk away (3 minutes and 5 minutes, respectively), getting around the city is a breeze.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
