HOTEL POSITION VERY CONVINIENT AND CENTRAL TO PORTO CITY. Very good Breakfast multi choice. Very friendly staff. Rooms could do with a little updating. Bed Very comfortable and clean. Parking a bit tight, but very convenient.

Great affordable spot in walking distance to the old town & the soccer stadium. Room was a little cold & the radiator didn’t work (it was April so no biggie), & breakfast gets quickly depleted of the good stuff; show up towards the end & there’s not a lot left, and it’s not readily replenished. Get there early & it’s Portuguese treats galore! Wifi in the room was great, earplugs help to drown out the barking dog next door! Overall no complaints, would stay here again!

The stay at Costa do Sol was good. Location was quite nice and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, specially at night, when Antonio was there. He is a very nice person and we enjoyed all the conversations we had. Thanks again Antonio for all your friendliness.

Ok, let's start with good things! Breakfast was very good! Well prepared, always refilled, I enjoyed it every morning. Room and space in the hotel generally is quite small, but if you will use it just for sleeping, coz during the day you are in the city (as I was), it's actually ok. The feeling is like old times, without the elevator, the light in the hallway was blinking for all four days of my stay. One evening there was a problem with hot water, bud next day it was solved (ok, it can happen)... The floor was squeaking in my room and also from the room above. O could hear my neighbours talking. The sound isolation is not good there. The stuff in reception was ... again: ok. They did their job, but nothing else, not warm hearted or smiling ... the things you make you wanna come back one day were not there.

It was a great stay. A bit of a walk to the main drag but the area is very quiet. The breakfast included made the stay even better.
