A beautiful hotel in the centre of the Ribeira district. The staff are exceptional, charming and helpful. The two pools are lovely and peaceful, relaxing places. The bedroom was very spacious, clean and modern with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. The breakfast is amazing. Thank you for looking after us so well and making my birthday special.

Had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the property was stunning. The room was great and very comfortable. It had everything that you could need. The only thing is it's at a hill and Uber and bolt can't get to right in front of the hotel but taxis can. However the staff was super helpful and came down to get all of our luggage. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is perfectly located in the city, and it so unique! It is modern and beautiful! The service was outstanding and the staff were all so kind and helpful. It was my husband and I's 15 year anniversary and this was the ONLY place that went out of their way to surprise us with a little gift in our room. It meant so much. I would highly recommend getting the room with the city/cathedral view, it hands down was unbelievable and made the experience top notch. Sofia was amazing and went out of her way to help us with reservations and other small details that just made our stay perfect. The only small thing to note; is there is not great bright light in this room's bathroom for any ladies that need this for makeup purposes (not sure how it is in other rooms).

The most delicious meals, the most quiet and beautiful room, plus an amazing shower, the spa massage was extraordinary, the pools, sauna, and steam room, but the best part was the staff—-they made everything perfect. Overall, a really nice property located in a very central location. A bit tricky if you have lots of luggage, as some taxis can’t bring you to the door. Beautifully renovated historical building with a good breakfast. Rooms were relatively clean, building layout was a bit strange (but that’s because of a renovated historical building) and staff were friendly and accommodating. No issues, a solid 8.5/10.

High Marks

We enjoyed our three day stay. The location is great, the bed was very comfortable, great service, and excellent breakfast. Minor complaints- power outlets were not well positioned in our room and less-mobile travelers might have problems with some steps that one must pass to get to many of the rooms. All-in-all, a very enjoyable stay and we’d certainly stay again if we return to Porto.
