The hotel is good, and the average room is from the feedback that I received the regular rooms are small. But when I got their I was upgraded to a suite because as we have two kids they felt it would be more comfortable even with the hotel fully booked, so nothing to say but big think you to the staff. And the price was the same. Superb

I didn't have enough time to enjoy the hotel services so I couldn't do a complete evaluation. It was a quickly and pleasant stay. I recommend the hotel because it has a good service and is in a nice localization

Quiet location outside historical center witch perfect bus, metro access Breakfast something for everyone Drinks bar very smart and friendly service Recommended Porto: rent a bike and explore the coastline

A wonderful big size room, clean, Excellent bed and bathroom! One bar at the lounge with good services at night! Don't locate at the center but it is in a good location! Only thing is the price, but you are paying for the quality!

Quick check-in and check-out. Friendly staff :) . Good 'green' policy on towel replacement. Very good breakfast buffet. We had a nice non-smoking room, with large double bed and a very clean bathroom.

Because of a storm in Amsterdam it took us 13 hours to reach Porto (!) We were exhausted! So the bus took us right to our hotel located in the new/business part of Porto. We entered an oases of rest. The rooms are spacious and stylish decorated, the beds are great and the bathroom has everything you can wish for. A great place to rest after an exhausting trip or a day exploring the beautiful town Porto. You will have to take a cab to the centre of town however it will take you max 10 minutes. Believe me, this hotel is worth it.

This hotel has a spacious bedroom and bathroom. It's a little noisy on the corridor and that means easy to hear voices when you are sleeping. The breakfast is very good. Wifi is free, but garage parking is paid at €7 per night.

Good hotel but a bit far from city centre. Takes 10minutes (8EUR) by taxy to get to River bank. Rooms were very good, modern and clean. Beds were comfy too. WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast was good enough with hot and cold options. No fresh vegetables for breakfast :( Reception staff was good but bar staff was a bit rude and ignorant. We had group of 13 people and few times we were told by bar staff to keep quiet. So if you are staying in this hotel please no talk and no laugh But in general hotel was very good. Could reccomend to stay in it!

Great hotel in Porto. Not in the heart of city centre bet very short distance by taxi (aprox €7-8) Hotel is very modern and stylish. Rooms are modern, specious. Bed are great. WiFi works perfect. Bathrooms are big in size. Free safe in the room. Breakfast was good enough. Receptionist Nino was amazing and very friendly same as all other staff in the hotel. Higly recomended!

This hotel, situated in a quiet location is clean and the room I stayed was spacious. There is ample parking in front of the hotel and my friend who drove me to the hotel or came to pick me up always found a parking space right in front of the hotel. The reception could be friendlier and more helpful to the clients. I find it annoying that hotels like Bessa do not provide a complimentary bottle of water in the room which could not cost them more than 50 cents. There is no coffee making facility either. There was a good range of both hot and cold food for the breakfast.
