The Baumhaus appartment was fantastic. The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree. Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city. The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating. The little kitchen was perfect for a city break. We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was perfect. The building manager, Carla, was absolutely fabulous offering insight and helpful tips to getting the most out of this amazing city. Thank you Carla for making our trip amazing.

Excellent apartments in a very good area with good transport and eating options. Metro about 200 Metres away and a very handy supermarket about the same distance. Mercado Bom Sucesso ten minutes walk away where you have excellent food and drink options at very reasonable prices. Wonderful apartments

Really nice place, outdoor garden is pretty and a good place to chill out. Big downfall for us was the bedroom being a loft and close to the ceiling, the upstairs guests were making loud footsteps constantly in the night- even 4am I was woken up by it and it went on for hours, also made the floor click/creak above which is close to you due to the ceiling. Early mornings we were not able to sleep and relax. Ruined the stay for us unfortunately as the sleep was so interrupted. Everything out was great.

Very nice apartment! Close to the metro, has supermarket around and has pretty much everything you'd ever need. They also provided us with baby cot and high chair. Stuff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The downsides: the mezzanine level is really hot, I mean it. There is no AC so first few nights were difficult to have a good sleep. The fan provided there was rattling but stuff kindly provided us with another one. It was quieter but still too loud. Eventually they offered us to open the sofa bed on lower floor and that really made difference (but rendered bed on the mezzanine level useless) Lower floor in our room has direct access to the garden and with blinds wide open the room is sunlit! What lovely mornings.

The Baumhaus is oustanding! From arrangements made to and from the airport, the rooms and amenities, and the staff are amazing. We left Porto, toured some other places and came back and it seemed like home!

Beautiful building, super modern and beautiful rooms. The garden is lovely, great place to relax! Our host, Luisa, was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a nice area, 15-20 mins walk from the city centre. The route is very pleasant and safe, we walked from the centre to the hotel at 3am one night and felt very safe. A great experience overall!

We always like to have a kitchen were we stay. we appreciated that all the equipment had an owners manual there in the room for any questions on how to work the appliances. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully arranged. The staff on duty were helpful and kind. We would strongly recommend this property.

Home from home... Great property in a great location, easy to get to from the airport by metro, the property is a 2 minute walk from the station. We were able to walk everywhere in the centre of Porto from the apartments. The apartments are on the bus route to the beach and also the Contemporary Art gallery and gardens. The apartments are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff (Daniela & Luisa) are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome and lots of useful information about the City and surrounding area. Communication leading up to check in was great too. We will stay here again on our next visit to Porto.

We loved this modern apartment. It was clean, well stocked, and had a wonderful yard. Daniela was great and spent time with us during the checkin process to explain the apartment, offer suggestions, and answer questions. She was also available throughout our stay (it was over a Holliday). We have already recommended the apartment to friends and plan to return if we are in Porto again.

Perfect Porto

Large well appointed top floor room with large balcony overlooking good easy accessed garden.. Well appointed room with comfortable bed and pillows Good location for exploring and very friendly helpful staff Porto fabulous and we would stay here on our next visit to Porto The only warning is the top floor requires climbing stairs,but well worth the effort

Beautiful apartment, very clean and well-kept property and wonderful staff made Baumhaus a great place from which to explore Porto. The neighborhood has all the basic amnmenities and it is an easy walk to the historic area and the river. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.
