The balcony connects the bedroom and living room, offering a bright and peaceful atmosphere. Bathroom with rain shower, natural light, and warm-toned finishes. Located on the 2nd floor of a design-led residential building with elevator. No parking available (paid options nearby). TV is basic (no streaming), and the peninsula is not suited for long work hours. To preserve the building’s aesthetic, drying racks should not be placed on garden-facing balconies.
