Excelente pousada, quartos amplos com piscina a privada. Limpeza muito boa, oferecem bicicletas, stand up paddle, academia, etc. atendimento diferenciado, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Único ponto seria o café da manhã. Pão ruim, pouca fruta (4 pedaços de mamão por vez) e a comida no restaurante na janta um pouco sem sabor. Fora isso tudo 100%!

O quarto era maravilhoso, espaçoso, limpo e confortável! A cama é espetacular e muito espaçosa! O bangalô tinha uma piscina privativa maravilhosa, sempre com água limpa e com hidromassagem! Quarto bom, mas faltou edredom, pois cobertor de poliéster não é condizente com o resto. Café da manhã apenas bom. Pães não são frescos e alguns bolos industrializados. Funcionários são ótimos. Pousada é muito linda e aconchegante, a vista é perfeita, a praia é maravilhosa! O ambiente é organizado, a localização com qualquer outra pousada na região é feita por estrada de terra mas sem muita dificuldade de chegar. Notamos que as piscinas, tanto da área comum quanto dos quartos estavam precisando de uma limpeza profunda. A piscina comum claramente esverdeada, provavelmente de cloro e acumulo de protetor solar. Café da manhã de qualidade e fresco, sem muitas variedades porém o suficiente para poder escolher o que comer. A cozinha sempre fornecendo opções para preparo na hora, como tapioca, ovos, cuscuz, e etc. Sempre ficamos satisfeitos! O restaurante da piscina deixou a desejar em termos de variedades e por vezes alguns dos poucos itens estavam indisponíveis. O cardápio merece mais atenção. O que conseguimos pedir estava sempre bem preparado e com serviço rápido. O quarto sempre limpo, muito confortável e organizado. A vista para o oceano é limpa. Banheiro grande e confortável, banheira disponível e limpa, chuveiro ótimo. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e simpáticos. Este foi o destaque da nossa estadia! Demais áreas comuns (academia, quadra, brinquedos) estavam sempre disponíveis e organizadas.

Tudo! A equipe é muito boa, educada, solícita e sempre à disposição. O quarto é incrível, sempre limpo, organizado e muito cheiroso. A equipe da Pousada Tatuá é muito organizada e sempre consulta os hóspedes quanto à organização e limpeza do quarto. Além disso, nos disponibilizam um grupo no WhatsApp para todas as comunicações, facilitando e agilizando o contato dos hóspedes com a equipe. Em relação à alimentação, é possível fazer todas as refeições na pousada (o que é incluso na diária é o café da manhã e o chá da tarde) e é tudo delicioso e bem servido.

A pousada é muito aconchegante. Boa limpeza e quartos ótimos. Mas deixa muito a desejar na questão do atendimento. Os restaurantes tem atendimento deficitário. Muito lento. Jantamos duas vezes no local. A primeira vez os pratos demoraram 1:30 para chegar. E na segunda vez 50 minutos. No café da manhã, foi solicitado uma tapioca que demorou 30 minutos para chegar. Meu marido e minha filha mais velha são vegetarianos. Não havia nenhuma opção para almoço. Tivemos que sair para comer fora. Um absurdo nos dias de hoje. E no final ainda a consumação veio com uma água mais do que consumimos. Mas apesar de ser falado, a pessoa da recepção nada fez. Enfim, não foi uma hospedagem de bom custo benefício. Precisam melhorar para cobrar o preço que cobram.
