Villa Ada is a beautiful vacation villa just 250 meters from the beach on the Porto Cesareo coastline. With a panoramic terrace overlooking the Belvedere Basin and a large furnished garden, the villa sleeps up to 9 people.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, alarm system, iron and ironing board, and ceiling paddles.
The large garden is equipped with barbecue, parking space, outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

Villa Ada is a spacious, bright, recently built, well-furnished villa with fine finishes, perfect as a solution for vacations with family and friends.
The villa consists of 2 independent units: the main structure on the ground floor and the annex on the upper floor.
Villa Ada is framed by a large garden, has a large front veranda equipped for outdoor dining, also preparing excellent grills on the large barbecue.
The veranda leads to the ground floor apartment. The entrance is into a very well equipped kitchen from which one passes to the living room furnished with 2 sofa beds, one double and one single, and the TV.
The sleeping area on this floor consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, plus 2 full bathrooms and a storage room. The larger bathroom has a bathtub and two sinks, and the second has a shower stall.
In the garden, on the side of the villa, there is an external staircase leading to the upper floor where there is the dependance, introduced by a large terrace with a view of the Belvedere Basin and the nearby sea.
The annex is furnished with 1 double sofa bed, kitchenette, TV, shower room, air conditioning.
The whole villa is finished with mosquito nets and electric shutters. Air conditioning is in the living room, in the master bedroom, in the hallway in the annex. There are ceiling fans in the kitchen on the ground floor.

Villa Ada is a vacation villa located on a private side street, opposite the Belvedere Basin and only 250 meters from the free beach and the most exclusive lidos of the Ionian coast.
The center of Porto Cesareo is just 2 km away and can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk along the promenade where there are clubs open from sunset onward.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning not in all rooms.
