two-room apartment is located inside a newly built villa, adjacent to
another vacation home with which it shares the entrance gate for cars
and parking space.
The Bilo Tramonto has its own pedestrian gate
and a spacious side veranda, furnished for outdoor dining. The interior
is modern, simple and cozy, furnished with new furniture.
There is a living room with open kitchen, dining room and 1 French sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with TV and 1 full shower room.

while the center with all services is only 200 meters away. The first
equipped beaches are about 1 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
