Villa Selenia is a lovely vacation cottage in Porto Cesareo, just a few minutes from the center and the beaches. The cottage is on two levels, has a large garden with furnished outdoor spaces, parking space and outdoor shower with hot water.
The vacation home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed in Villa Selenia.

Villa Selenia is fully fenced, has a pedestrian gate and an automatic gate from which you access the parking space in the garden. A few steps lead to the furnished veranda.
The house has spacious and cozy interiors, furnished with simplicity.
The entrance is into a largeliving area: there is a sofa area, dining room and open kitchen. From here you exit to the back garden , partly shaded, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. From the living room, a hallway leads to 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with bunk bed + pull-out bed, and the full shower room.
Also from the living room, internal stairs protected by a gate lead to the lower, basement level, where there is 1 double bedroom.

Villa Selenia is a vacation villa located in Porto Cesareo, about 1 km away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento, and about 1.5 km from the center where all the main services are.
 
The vacation home is located in a quiet and residential area, but allows you to reach the sea and entertainment in a few minutes by car.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in two bedrooms ( the basement room has no air conditioning).
