Appartamento Renzo is a holiday home well finished and furnished with quality furniture. It has a lovely internal courtyard
furnished with a table, chairs and sofa for relaxing moments outdoors, a
flashlight and an external shower particularly useful when returning
from the beaches.
The interiors of Appartamento Renzo consist of a modern kitchen with dining area and TV, 1 quadruple room , with double bed plus bunk bed, hallway with air conditioning e bathroom with shower with washing machine .

famous among the destinations of Salento for sea, the
splendid golden sandy beaches, the crystalline seabed and the excellent

The house for rent is located in a central non-chaotic
area of Torre Lapillo, which allows you to reach the beaches in
about 450 meters, and the avenue of Torre Lapillo with commercial
activities in 2 minutes on foot. Porto Cesareo is about 7 kilometers
away.
Other wonderful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car, such as Punta Prosciutto and Torre Castiglione.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro ... per person per week.
