East Grand Ave Fabulous Cottage

Esta pequeña cabaña está en el corazón de todo. Se encuentra en el tramo principal de East Grand Avenue con la playa de 7 millas en la parte trasera de la casa. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The location is perfect for beach access right around the corner and easily walkable to the pier and downtown area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Great location

It was perfect for our family of four. Close and easy walk to the beach. The place felt cozy and homey. Everyone was comfortable there. We are looking forward to staying there next year.

The house was bright and airy. Beds very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.. seconds from the beach & just a short walk up to all the action at the pier. Lana was a great host. She was always quick to respond and very nice!

We as a family we have been going to old Orchard Beach for decades. This is the first time we stayed at this location and our host. Lana was a wonderful person to communicate with. The cottage was clean equipped with everything plus more that we needed. We look forward to our next vacation in 2026.

July OOB Vacation

The property is perfectly located next to the Walnut Street beach path. The home was exactly what we needed with two little ones (ages 2 and 6)Found that Pirates Patio had the best pizza so it’s right next door!I would recommend this home and look forward to another visit in the future.

Great Little place

Great location and spotless.

It was around the corner from the beach and within walking distance to pier, etc. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. I would stay there again.
