East Grand Ave Fabulous Cottage

Esta pequeña cabaña está en el corazón de todo. Se encuentra en el tramo principal de East Grand Avenue con la playa de 7 millas en la parte trasera de la casa. Un paseo de 7 minutos por la carretera te llevará al famoso OOB Palace Playland (¡Nueva Inglaterra, solo diversión frente al mar!). ¿Por qué hacer círculos y círculos con su automóvil tratando de encontrar estacionamiento y luego pagar por el estacionamiento cuando puede caminar tan cerca? The house was bright and airy. Beds very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.. seconds from the beach & just a short walk up to all the action at the pier. Lana was a great host. She was always quick to respond and very nice!

We as a family we have been going to old Orchard Beach for decades. This is the first time we stayed at this location and our host. Lana was a wonderful person to communicate with. The cottage was clean equipped with everything plus more that we needed. We look forward to our next vacation in 2026.

The place is nice and met all our needs. Owner was very responsive. We had an issue that was quickly taken care of. Surface-cleaned, could use a deep cleaning. Being directly on the main road it was a bit noisy with traffic, trains and nightlife until about 1am. Also the street and neighbor lights make the front room very bright making it harder to sleep. Room darkening shades would be beneficial. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and close to the pier.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Mostly a great experience. The place was clean and very close to the beach. Its listed as air conditioning which is a window unit in the living room so it took a bit to cool down the first day but after that it was fine. No cell service in the area so make sure you have access to WiFi for check in

The property is perfectly located next to the Walnut Street beach path. The home was exactly what we needed with two little ones (ages 2 and 6)Found that Pirates Patio had the best pizza so it’s right next door!I would recommend this home and look forward to another visit in the future.

Old Orchard Beach

The picture on VRBO leads you to believe you just go down the pathway shown to get to the beach when you are actually in a neighborhood and have to walk down the street to get to the beach. The house was very clean and both beds were very comfortable. The host was very fast to respond to my messages. Needs clean shower liner. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and spotless.
