Emplacement super, villa très bien ! Bonne literie! Un problème mais de taille , salle de bain et WC du bas bouché et odeur très désagréable ! Malgré le passage du plombier très rapide, pièce condamnée à cause des odeurs ! Heureusement il y avait une salle d eau et toilettes en haut!

Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, und wir hatten hier eine wirklich gute Zeit. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern (15 und 13 Jahre) und hatten dafür mehr als ausreichend Platz.Zu Beginn der Buchung gab es jedoch ein Problem: Uns wurde ein Tag aus der Buchung gestrichen, ohne dass der Preis entsprechend reduziert wurde. Die Kommunikation dazu empfanden wir als sehr schwierig. Uns wurde über einen längeren Zeitraum zugesichert, dass wir das Geld für den fehlenden Tag zurückerhalten würden, was jedoch nie erfolgt ist. Da das Haus am Vortag nicht weitervermietet war, konnten wir letztlich doch einen Tag früher einziehen.Das Haus selbst liegt schön in einer ansprechenden Anlage, die im Frühling allerdings noch nicht richtig gepflegt war. Auch das Grundstück wirkte zu diesem Zeitpunkt ungepflegt: Das Unkraut war etwa einen halben Meter hoch, der Grill war nach der letzten Benutzung nicht gereinigt, und die Tischdecken hätten dringend gewaschen werden müssen.Generell sollte sowohl das Küchen- als auch das Grillinventar erneuert werden. Auch die vorhandenen Liegen sind teilweise nicht mehr einsatzfähig – zwei davon waren defekt.Da wir außerhalb der Saison gereist sind und nur 60  pro Nacht bezahlt haben, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt in Ordnung. Für den Sommerpreis von über 200  pro Nacht würden wir dieses Haus allerdings nicht erneut buchen.

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet mit schönen Wegen zum Spazieren. Sowohl der Strand, als auch der Hundestrand bzw. der Bäcker sind fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Grundstück ist hundesicher eingezäunt und die Gastgeber sind super nett.

Küche war nicht schlecht , aber es hat sehr am Geschirr und Besteck ,grundlegende Utensilien zum Essen waren wenig vorhanden . Haus war toll und Umgebung sehr , sehr schön.

Laurence est très efficace et très aimable. La location correspondait en tous points à ce qui était annoncé, était bien localisée en bordure d'espaces verts et proche du centre de Portiragne et des commerces. Je recommande cette location
