The Tudor Lodge is an incredible experience from the hosting, beautiful room and decor and exceptional breakfast. One of the best places we have stayed in recent years. Really recommend!!

Great hotel

One night stay when touring North Wales in winter. Ample on-site parking. Quiet warm room which appeared spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable. Stayed is single room which was a bit small, in that for example there was little space for luggage, but this was no problem for one night. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of items. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly clean. Not sure if owners actually stayed on site overnight. Breakfast good. Would stay again, but the check in procedure was tedious, and felt quite intrusive. Only explanation we can think of, is that owners required exact arrival time etc, is because they dont have staff, or dont stay on site.

Very friendly staff. about 5-10 minute walk from Porthmadog BR station or Ffestiniog railway. Breakfast was excellent. A cooked breakfast to order or a continental breakfast with fruit, cereal, pastries, with a lovely choice of teas & coffee's.

Lovely room decor with all amenities one could want, including an umbrella that we needed to explore Portmeirion which is just a few miles away. Excellent breakfast served in lower level of property. Easy check-in. Would stay here again.

Couple’s break

Our stay was wonderful at Tudor Lodge. Clair welcomed us as we parked in the large car park. She ensured that the whole stay was comfortable. We stayed in the cottage. There was a comfy seating area, dining area and kitchen-all open plan. Upstairs was the bedroom and shower room. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. Skylights in the bedroom and bathroom kept rooms cool. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order each morning. There was also a vast choice of cereals, fruits, meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts, yogurts and pastries. We would highly recommend Tudor Lodge, and hope to return in the future.

A nice welcome on arrival. Pleasant, clean, comfortable and compact single en-suite room. 5 mins walk from the train station and close to the centre of town. I would happily stay there again.
