Do not rent with this slumlord!

You should be aware, the property owner of this property doesn't care about the property or their guest. I called the company within the first five minutes of walking into the house to let them know the major issues and safety concerns! They have the absolute minimum in the property. They did not even leave a paper towel! They have 4 chairs in the whole place and advised 8 people can be in the home! The pillows were yellow with stains and were completely flat! The sheets were stained! I went to Walmart to buy my own because it was so dirty. They didn’t even leave a tissue! I complained and the owner was so rude and dismissive! He said “everything is professionally cleaned and fine!”. They don’t have any fire alarms in the property! FLORIDA LAW requires smoke alarms in all properties! No one is the neighborhood likes a slumlord! I spoke with the neighbors! The neighbors know that the property is not maintained! They have wires hanging out of the wall! They should be ashamed of not maintaining the property! And I contacted the management company within the first hour I arrived at this property with all of the problems. I documented everything! Upon check out, SHOCKING, they said I left stained on their couch and chair! I was so disgusted by the property I didn’t stay in it any of the days! I only used it for sleep! Unfortunately for them I documented everything! Do not rent this property! This is a money grab for the owner! They don’t care about your stay, or your safety!

In town for a regatta

The house was clean and in a good location. We didn’t cook so not sure about the kitchen supplies but overall was ok for our needs. The only issue we had was that the trash had not been picked up in a while and was a stinky mess in the driveway, but it didn’t impact the interior of the home.
