Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased. Port a crib and children's highchair are provided. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old.

Perfect for kids! House was fully stocked for small kids: mini crib, high chair and even a baby gate! The pool has a tanning ledge that also was great for small kids or adult lounging. Small walkway to the beach makes it easy to go back and forth. So many seashells to find! The kitchen was also well stocked. Beautiful house, we would go back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

What a beautiful, spacious beach house. The private pool and the fire pit was a hit and where we spent most of our time! Even though there were several houses around, our space never felt invaded, and the people were friendly. I highly recommend staying here! The New Wave Property Management team were informative and responsive, excellent service!

Perfect for spring break

We’ve been to the cape before and we’ll be back again! This house was perfect for our families! We had kids from 11 to 21 and nobody was disappointed. The house was clean and well kept. And with the location to the beach was perfect! Having the heated pool was a major plus! Loved it!

Property title says “heated pool” it was NOT

Booked in Sept for Dec/jan trip. Knew weather was often a bit cold. Verifed numerous times about pool being heated. And was ALWAYS said yes, no conditions (except extra charge), just a consistent yes. The day we arrived, pool was very cold, assumed that they had turned on and were patient as I verified heated pool right before arriving. Found out after contacting mgt company that the host was NEVER going to agree to heating pool. I am disabled and need the pool to help walking. After complaining to VRBO, and an entire day of back and forth with VRBO, and mgt company found out pool company never had this house on list to heat. Did say some places were going to be heated, they just had different type of pool heater. Place had a big in bed, and long curly hair in bed, dirty sheets in another, sticky and grime on some doors. Location was perfect, but deception of heated pool, and my disability request us to move to a heated pool (to 90 degrees), and cleaner home. Be very careful as I confirmed too many times to count about heated pool, and not until after 12. Hrs of arrival was told host refused to heat. Full disclosure: mgt company finally agreed to turn on heat, after an entire next day of going through VRBO and my credit card company. Wasted the whole day back and forth and by then VRBO recommended we find another place. Worst deception we have ever encountered durning our 40 years of traveling!

Awesome house!

We’ve been going to the Cape for years, first time staying in this house. Loved the proximity to the beach and plenty of room for my family of 6! Roomy couches and recliners, comfy beds, and plenty of must haves for the kitchen. Management was great with communication!

The house was perfect size for our family. Its a great location close enough to walk to the store and the donut shop. Also, a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have a table to clean the fish with since we had several people catch fish during the trip.

Excellent property!!!

This is our 7th straight year of spending spring break on Cape San Blas. We have stayed at 4 different homes for those 7 visits, this property is now our new favorite. The cleanliness of the property was perfect, it was also furnished we everything to make our stay completely enjoyable. The only negative was that the pool was not yet completed, but it was not promised to be ready for our stay. During our stay, we had a coupe from Canada stop by and asked how we liked the property, they were looking for a house for a family trip in 2025. I showed them through the house, and they were impressed, for this I believe that we should get a discount on our 2025 stay.

Wonderful House

We had two families, a total of 8 people, and the space was perfect. We loved the open layout, the huge couch, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and easy walk to the beach! Wonderful communication and quick replies from the company made them very easy and great to work with. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

High quality property

Unlike almost any rental we’ve been in, the furniture and the fixtures are actually very high quality and not “investment property grade”. And it is very well maintained too. We had a spill on the first day on one of the hardwood floors and we noticed when we were wiping the floor that there was barely any dust on the floor. The location is as-advertised, just a few steps from the beach.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

Everything about this property as well as the property management was excellent!! The entire process, unit and communication with management made this the best vacation we have ever had. The property was in pristine condition; it was only a one minute walk from the front door to the beach. All the information provided by the management was done so in a timely manner and we were treated like family. We will be booking with this management group again next year.

Clean and well appointed house

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The house was sparkly clean and had everything we needed. We loved the top balcony which had a partial view of the ocean. The only problem was the overgrown vegetation which totally obscured the view from the first floor balcony. This could be easily fixed with some clippers. My husband missed a fish cleaning station outside. Overall, the house was awesome.

Bon Temps Stay

House is lovely, though it has a LOT of stairs. Very clean and well maintained. A short walk to a gorgeous beach. A great place for young families. Seniors should consider the stairs (six short flights of 7 steps each) -- it was a challenge for my 70+ years young husband who has knee issues. Kids LOVED them!
