A Nice Home in a good area, BUT BIG Issues found upon arrival!

Overall a decent home, but at this price it should have a WORKING elevator!! When we arrived, neither the door code or elevator worked. We eventually gained entry, but had to lug our bags and belongings up multiple, multiple flights of stairs. During our stay, we reached out to the management and they sent two different service calls out, but it was never fixed. Other items of note... the pool was never cleaned during our stay, and when we arrived it had sand all in the bottom of it...one bedroom had an unsecure curtain rod that fell when they were pulled open...the hot water and water pressure were absolutely terrible....the Wifi does not reach the top floor (it needs a range extender)...and lastly, the outside shower/spray off station was one of the worst ones I've ever seen. Two suggestions... A Home of this size really needs a second refrigerator, and the "starter" toiletries and household supplies need to be a better quality and much more quantity. Positives about the home: Wonderful TVs and cable service Abundant outside trash cans The A/C worked well Top notch Grill Management does well sending out automated texts, but does not respond with solutions when called.

We loved the views and access to beach! The house was beautiful. However LOTS of ants especially on the first and third floor where the bedrooms were. Also saw a couple of other bugs! The ceiling in the living room was leaking water from somewhere and no one ever came to look at that also the AC unit struggled a little bit to keep up Levi toward the end of our stay. The Jets in the hot tub only worked part of the time and the temperature was not always hot. The pool was warmer at times…

Family Vacation 2023

What a beautiful place to stay! Even with eight adults and eight children between the ages of three and thirteen, we had ample room. The home is a short walk to what seemed like a private beach, making it very easy to keep an eye on the kiddos. The pool and two bunk rooms were great for the kids. The home is beautiful, with a well stocked kitchen, huge dining table with bench seating, and four master bedrooms with private baths and ocean views. The refrigerator was small, making it difficult to store and find things. Made lots of great memories and would definitely rent again!

Wonderful

We had a great time. The house was perfect. We did however feel like to many maintenance people came trough during our stay. Not that there was anything wrong with the house just routine maintenance. The beach was great!!!!!
