Thanksgiving 2023

My husband and I, along with his 91 year old father and 19 year old niece spent the week in this lovely house. When we walked it we immediately noticed the clean smell and then were blown away with how large the house is! The pictures don't do it justice. Everything we needed was provided. We had plenty of space to spread out and never felt like we were on top of each other. The only thing that needs improvement, as several others have mentioned, they desperately need to buy new frying pans.

Quite beach cute cottage.

Cute little cottage has all the amenities as being at home. The house sits in a quiet road just a few minutes from the beach. Not a lot to do at Mexico beach but enjoy peace and quiet. So if your looking for entertainment it’s not here bring your own. Lol. The only thing I know I could have used was a mop. The floor needed mopping in the true sense not cleaning with one of the cleaning pads. Our feet were black on the first day. Enjoyed our stay most definitely would book again.

Great time. Clean, modern house with plenty of space. Close to beach. Close to Port St Joe where there are plenty of restaurants, shops. Loved visiting Port San Blas and PC Conservation Park.

Beautifully decorated

The house was very well decorated and in a nice location where you could see the ocean from the small front deck. Large TV was great and perfect for watching the World Cup! Only improvement is they need to add some ceiling fans in all the rooms.

Affordable Comfort

The house is very cute, and very clean with the view of the ocean. Perfectly located between Port St. Joe and PCB, you get the beauty of the Pan Handle without the busy and overcrowded. The proximity to WindMark which offers great eateries and entertainment makes the “C” Shucker a winner place to be at. Will definitely return

Great stay

It was a lovely getaway. Just cross a street to get to the beach. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Very Clean! I'm glad I brought my own skillet bc theirs was cheap and tiny but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. I wish they had wall hooks for wet towels in the bathroom. Pretty basic. Our kids were with us and they loved the bunk bed bedroom but gosh was it insanely squeaky! The walls are paper thin and they kept us up with every toss and turn. Bummer. Also an outdoor shower would be such a help! Our internet and tv went out for a full day bc it rained I guess.. and I kept texting the number provided and no answer back. I ended up calling headquarters I think, and they had someone call me back and he helped the situation. All in all.. a great time. Just providing certain details for others.

Other than the sprinklers turning on a 630 am and hitting the side of the house (in the master bedroom) we had a wonderful time. House was beautiful and comfortable and a short walk to the beach.

Perfect family beach vacation!

The house was very spacious and accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids with room to spare. 2 of the adults are disabled and were able to get around wonderfully. The location was perfect! Less than a 3 minute walk from the front steps to being on the beach (including lots of “mom look!”s from the kids and crossing the boardwalk. It was walking distance from a public access with a wheelchair ramp, an awesome Icecream shop, and an awesome restaurant. The kitchen had mostly everything to cook family meals while on vacation. I hope we can share another family vacation here again!

Perfection

This home exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful, spacious, and convenient. We had everything we needed. There’s a grill, baking pans, and a k-cup/coffee pot combo. The walk to the beach was very easy, even for a 4 and 1 year old. The bedrooms are well enough removed from the living area that once the littles were down for the night we did not have to worry about being too noisy. I would absolutely stay again.
