Great place!

This place was super clean which is tops for me! Easy walk to the beach, the marina, and Shell Shack for fish/shrimp purchase. Great kitchen for cooking. Nicely decorated without being cheesy beach themed. Comfy beds. My teenager son liked the futon and my teenage daughter was glad not to have to sleep with her brother. The owner left us a bottle of mimosa and a chocolate bar on arrival and I give that two thumbs up!! If you’re a boat owner, I highly recommend taking the intercostal over to Apalachicola to “Up the River” raw bar. Beautiful ride and great food. Also, Killer Seafood, Mango Marley’s, Shipwreck and Hunts in SJB for restaurants. Good stuff. I’m sad to share this review though bc I don’t want anymore people coming to crowd up my secret MB! It’s not crowded like PCB or 30A and I like it that way!!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is spotless, furnished thoughtfully, and extremely well equipped. The location is so peaceful but still very close to the beach. It is obvious the owner really took time to make sure this was a great experience for any one staying in the home. Shortly after we arrived, the owner touched base with us to make sure everything was in order and we were happy. I highly recommend this rental home without reservation. Perfect.

Very comfortable but ants…

Pros: beautiful design, very quiet neighborhood, quiet pool, easy check in, house was outfitted with all household essentials like laundry and dishwasher detergent supplies, master bedroom mattress was comfortable, extra pillows and blankets Cons: we had an issue with ants. At first it started with ants on a maple syrup bottle, then they were found in a case of water! Couldn’t leave anything on the counter and made the kitchen feel pretty gross to cook in. Host was prompt with communication and said they would follow up with pest control but that was no help for our stay. We also noticed some well loved furnishings and appliances (small kitchen appliances, stove, couch) that could use some updating
