The building is west facing so you can view the water while enjoying the calm ocean breeze from your patio deck. This unit has central AC/Heat and come with complimentary Cable television and Wifi. It also features parking for 2 vehicles, and outdoor shower for those sandy rinse offs, and barbecues to grill up those tasty meals.

Beautiful stay! Short walk to the ocean and you do have a view of the ocean from both the main floor balcony (which is beautiful) and the upper floor Terrace. To moderate but odd items; 1) the door locks didn’t work. Never seen that! They ultimately brought a chain (no joke) and you looped the chain around the door knobs and locked it with a pad lock. I hope this is temporary and gets fixed ASAP. The second item which I think I VERBO. I never got messages from the owner. Made a few things a bit off, but I think VERBO was confused with my emai (I could see stays from years ago but not this one, though I had emails saying I had messages). I think this is a VERBO fail. Overall a truly beautiful place! Close to the ocean, great atmosphere, and it’s small, but I appreciate the wood utensils (for cooking) makes me feel like home.
