The Space:
A private dock provides you with Bay access for kayaking, boating, swimming, fishing, and snorkeling. Relax in the pool or enjoy the view from your private hot tub. The entire property is designed for entertaining, allowing for a large group gathering or that quiet hideaway for a little “me” time.

A handicap ramp from the exterior ground level to the second level's screened porch makes easy access for those with mobility issues.

The sunrise view from this bayside deck is so spectacular, it was featured in the Atlanta Southeast Airlines magazine article featuring the Forgotten Coast.

Each level of the home’s interior provides a separate kitchen, dining, living, sleeping and laundry area; and a full-length Bayfront screened porch provides seating and dining areas with endless views. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this bayfront vacation home located on the north cape accommodates 15.

To assist in your adventure at Private Reserve, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Private Reserve has easy access to the 8-mile Logger Head Walk/Bike Path, so those wanting to get their “FIT” on while on vacation have no excuse.

Pool heat available for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. Contact Office for ANY event use.

Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.

Everything was great. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.Beds were a little bit high for a 5 foot person. I found a 2 step utility ladder that worked out for me.Thank you for all that was done to make our stay so enjoyable.

Fall break on the bay

Property easily accommodated our family of 8 adults. We chose the bay location for fishing and sailing ( we brought a 14’ dingy) and kayaking. The older kids loved the hot tub and pool. Kitchen was well equipped including a griddle for pancakes!! We’ll stay here again.

Eleven adults enjoyed our time in this home - excellent kitchen equipped with all the appliances and cutlery you’ll need, lovely living spaces, comfortable beds, amazing dock, comfortable pool, gorgeous views. A minor criticism: the water depth at the end of the dock at low tide is about 12 inches or less. At high tide, maybe close to 2 feet deep. This was a problem for our 26 foot-long fishing boat, requiring us to pull it out and relaunch each day that we fished - a minor inconvenience as there was plenty o space to park it on the property. Again, this is a lovely property and we greatly enjoyed our time here. Thank you.

Perfect for the whole family

The house is gorgeous and spacious. There was plenty of space for our multiple teens to enjoy themselves. The pool is fantastic. The star of the show is the dock access to the bay. The ocean public access was also easy. Two screened in porches made the house incredibly comfortable.
