House not live-in ready

Beautiful house. Beautiful view. No wireless, No TV, No gas / hot water. We were terribly upset that somehow the house was not ready to be lived in. After a day and a half of going back and forth, we got moved to another property an hour from where we started. It was a nice place, but also did not have wireless when we got there for several days and had too many stairs for the older person in our group to handle well. Tough week for what we paid. Really unfortunate.
