Ocean View-Private Pool

It's "About Time" for a beach vacation! This is the perfect house to call home during your trip to Mexico Beach. Custom built with a reverse floorplan, great outdoor space and ocean views from two upper decks. There is a private pool and outdoor shower and plenty of seating in the sun or in the shade.

The second floor has an open concept living, dining, kitchen and includes a half bath. It's very spacious with plenty of room for you and your guest. French doors open up from the main living to a partially covered deck with gulf views and lounge seating. The back covered deck offers ocean and pool views, a charcoal and gas grill, outdoor dining for eight, plus additional conversational seating for lounging.

The kitchen is complete with all the appliances and kitchenware you need for preparing your favorite meals. Custom built farm table seats 8, bar seats 4 and there is an additional table and seating for two.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for gathering and watching your favorite shows and movies.

First floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and designated laundry area. There is access to the front covered patio from the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 1. French doors open from both rooms to a patio and a custom built bed swing. Perfect for those long afternoon naps after a day at the beach or fishing.
-Primary bedroom -king bed with on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Bedroom 1-queen bed and twin trundle bed.
- Bedroom 2 - queen bed
-Shared bathroom with double vanity and combination tub/shower.

For indoor entertainment there are 4 Smart TVs, books, games, puzzles and WI-FI to stay connected.

The saltwater pool is perfect for splashing around or lounging on a float anytime of the day. The outdoor shower has cold and hot water.

As a perk for the fisherman, we have an outdoor cleaning station with running water and rear parking for a boat.

*There are two surveillance cameras on the property. One in front of the house with views of the parking area and one in back of the house with views of the pool and back gate.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Perfection!

This property is amazing! Everything was on point in the description. Kim was a great host, she made sure there was nothing we were going without! Having the wagon and beach chairs was an added bonus! We would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a relaxing peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood with an awesome ocean view!

The best beach house!

We vacation every year during fall break, and this was by far our favorite beach house. We have already booked for next year! The home was clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner was responsive. Our trip was perfect!

Second stay at this property. Both times have been a great experience. Kim does a great job communicating and the house is as described. We so enjoy Mexico Beach in the off season. When on the beach, you practically have it to yourself. Stay was peaceful and will return. The addition of the covered 2nd story deck made the house even better! Great multi-purpose space!

Great Week Long Vacay in Mexico Beach

The house was great with more than ample room for our 6 guests. The upstairs living space was very enjoyable, and the decks were all used significantly. Having the personal pool was a significant luxury given the ocean was rough at times, and we could come back to the house to chill and swim in the pool. Kim was great, and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Beach House

This property was exactly how it was pictured and listed. I love a beachy place and this was decorated just as that! We had plenty of space jo matter what part of the house we were in. All the outdoor spaces are wonderful for relaxing! The pool was a great treat after being in the beach during the day. Outdoor shower was a plus too!! We will definitely stay here again. We love Mexico beach and Port St Joe just a short drive away.

This property was absolutely amazing!! The host has made sure you will have everything you need! There are games for kids and adults. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are spaces for relaxing all around the house, inside and out!! The house is within a block from the beautiful beach. The house was a great fit for our family. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool, decks and patio all offered nice places to relax when we were not on the beach or in town. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Kim answered all our questions quickly and was great to communicate with. When we return to Mexico Beach, we will be staying here again.

Best Beach House!!

We had such a great stay! Everything about the house is wonderful! The walk to the beach was super easy. Having beach chairs and a wagon provided lightened the packing load. The kitchen was very well stocked and my kids loved the pool and outdoor shower. Will definitely stay here again!

A cozy retreat for fun in the sun

We were all very happy with our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, just a short walk across one street, the quiet neighborhood and private pool. The outdoor shower was also great for keeping sand out of the house. This property was enjoyed by the adults and children, having our own private space was very relaxing! We will definitely be staying here again.
