Amazing house, great location

This house is amazing. There were so many amenities that normal listings don’t have the bikes, firepit, and kayaks. House itself is beautiful with a brand new kitchen and tons of space. The location is great with close access to the beach.

Great House for our stay. Beach access only drawback

We loved the house itself. Lots of room underneath for parking our boat, vehicle and golf cart. Speaking of golf carts, we highly recommend renting one or bringing one with you. The beach access is about 300 yards down the street. The golf cart makes getting your beach gear to the access point much easier. The listing warned of possible construction in the area and there was a house next door under construction. The framers get started about sunrise each morning. No sleeping in! Just more time to enjoy the cape. The dishwasher is a bit tricky but works well once you get the hang of it. In the garage downstairs, there were lots of beach chairs, four bikes, one had a flat at the time of our stay but we used the space a lot. The fish cleaning station was a nice touch, fortunately we used it alot! Word of caution on the outdoor shower, the lock release is missing from the inside, don’t let the door shut behind you or you will be stuck for a while. We have stayed in around 7 different houses on the cape. This one is right up there as far as functionality and is as advertised. Very nice home. Might book again.

Beautiful Home!

This is a nice house! It had really beautiful decor and there is a view of both the bay and gulf from the upstairs. It was a 5-10 minute walk down the road and boardwalk to the beach. We rented a golf cart to help get us to the boardwalk with all of our gear. The house could have been cleaner. The drawers were dusty and dirty. The dishwasher was difficult to function and didn’t clean our dishes. The fridge would not stop beeping. However the housekeeper did come and tried to assist with the appliance. We loved the open space and beautiful home. It made it very relaxing. Would stay there again!

Very nice house in cute neighborhood

House was very nicely done and easy to access. Very clean. The beach wasn't far and there was a cute nature trail behind it. We enjoyed the bikes and rented some kayaks.
