First tier with GULF VIEWS! 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family newly refreshed home. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, park style charcoal grill, phone, covered porch, split bedroom plan (perfect for two couples or a couple with children). There is also a queen size air mattress included if there isn't quite enough sleeping space! This home is located literally steps to the ocean. Located less than a mile before St. Joseph State Park and has access to St. Joe Bay via a natural path on the bay side of the subdivision. Yes, this home has it all and is priced to stay within your budget!

New wood burning Firepit with Acacia Adirondack Chairs with attached foot rests. Also SS grill to cook over wood fire

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.

Guests are allowed to bring pets, with a limit of two dogs per reservation. Each dog must not exceed a weight of 75 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be applied to the reservation. If no pets will accompany you during your stay, please contact our office to have the pet fee removed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

I was somewhat disappointed in these accommodations. We have been staying at Cape San Blas for years and are used to certain things in the houses where we stay. There were no extra garbage bags provided and the garbage piled up until we could get to the store for more. There is usually an extra bag. Also, there were other little things that irritated me. I don't think we will use. VRBO next time. The house was fine. Kitchen was well stocked.

Wonderful stay. Great location and nice views for sitting on porch with the morning coffee. The yard made a nice place for our tiny pet to walk around. Beach access right across from driveway. Well stocked kitchen as we like to cook with family on our trip.
