“Just Beachy” is a beautiful, newly renovated, ADA accessible home in Port St. Joe, Fl. A 1/2 mile walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to public beach access with a bath house. Restaurants and grocery stores are a quick 3 minute drive over the bridge.
This home boasts a beautiful live oak casted over the back deck with a large 0.5 acre fenced in back yard. Fun for all the family without worries of the busy highway. Plenty of room for boat parking.
The space
Welcome to our smart home! We have two smart tvs and two “Hey Siri’s” in the house.

Blue shiplap bedroom: Queen sized bed with dresser and walk-in closet

Pink guest bedroom: King sized bed with dresser and large closet

Master bedroom: King sized bed with dresser, smart tv, private bathroom with double vanity, and walk-in closet

Kitchen: Perfect for the chef ready to cook their fresh catch! We have a propane stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of storage for food and supplies. While we have a table set for 6, there is also plenty of space for 4 more to comfortably kick back and relax at the bar. For a more formal setting, we have a bonus dining room!

TV room: Seating for 7 + and a smart tv. Plenty of games in the coffee table.

Outside: Large historic live oak tree over the large back deck. Propane grill provided. Fire pit in the back yard with three adjustable seats. Backyard is fenced in. Plenty of room for parking and boats. We do ask that you park on the gravel unless prior approval.
