Welcoming

A nice family vacation spot. We were last minute on booking for the 4th of July so we were thankful for this little oasis that we found. There were extra and helpful notes and goodies left for us to use, for example, beach chairs, portable speaker, beach coolers, etc… although we didn’t use this stuff other than a beach chair, it was available for us to use if needed and it made us feel welcome in your home. The only thing I would recommend is put a lock on the master bedroom door. Other than that I do not have anything that I would recommend you change. Thank you for allowing us to use your space and chances are… we will be back.

Great first time stay in Mexico Beach

My husband, son and daughter in law stayed for Memorial Day weekend and loved the condo. It was our first time staying in Mexico beach, we have stayed in most beach areas on the Gulf from Alabama to St. George, and we will be back. We like the laid back atmosphere. The Littles have done a fabulous job with making you feel at home while on vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, they give you plenty of soaps, trash bags and paper products for a weekend. The ability to use their beach towels, chairs, Bluetooth speakers and beach coolers is very generous- we have never had these offered at any other condo or house before. They leave plenty of bath towels for you and blankets for snuggling on the couches. If you are sensitive to light when sleeping you may want to bring a mask because the sun rises on the bedroom side of the condo- the window covering was plenty for us as we are early risers anyway (6 o'clock ish).The condo complex itself was very quiet. There was never more than four families at the pool at one time. I think we were one of the few that used one of the two grills on site. There were at least four rolling carts available for loading and unloading cars. The city/town has done a good job with the beach restoration and you will get your heart pumping in the soft white sand the Gulf beaches are know for. There are not many options for restaurants in the area but what's there is good. Be mindful the Port St Joe is on EST if you choose to dine over there.

Beautiful condo, beautiful location—Our family had a great time on our first trip to Mexico Beach. Mexico Beach is a small, beautiful beach town and was the perfect location for the relaxing, laid-back vacation we were looking for! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.). The complex is very family friendly and we had great interactions with the other guests on site. Neither the pool, nor beach, were crowded which made watching our four children easy. Great communication by the host and all relevant information was clearly spelled out in emails prior to our arrival. Book this condo, you won’t regret it!

Amazing!

Absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo! Communication eith Hayley was perfect the entire time we stayed. Check in was super easy and the condo was immaculate. The location was perfect, you could see and hear the ocean from the balcony! Everything was gorgeous in the condo from the linens to the kitchen, you can tell it is very well taken care of and there is everything you need for your family to enjoy your stay. Amenities are very close by and the town of Mexico Beach is quiet and peaceful even during busy season. I fell in love with this condo while we were there, it was just perfect. We are already planning our next stay!!

This was our first time in Mexico Beach and we loved it. The condo had everything we could need, it was close to everything, and just steps from the beach! The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We hope to come back one day!

Mexico Beach condo

The property was great - as described with a convenient location across the street from the beach. The owner was responsive and helpful. While Mexico Beach is away from the crazy crowding of 30A, it is not the most charming beach town. The majority of restaurants wiped out by the recent hurricane have returned as food trucks that close by 5, leaving few dinner options close by. I hope the town will continue to rebuild, and if it does we would go back and stay here again!

Amazing

I will use the word Amazing alot,because this place was absolutely just that. Everything was perfect. I was clean and very organized. It was stocked with all the things a family would need to have an amazing vacation. The view of the Gulf, was extraordinary. From sun up to sun down, it was beautiful. You are also close enough to the beach that you can just walk to get there. The pool and spa were also very nice.

Perfect for our family of 6

Grandparents, mom& dad, 1 and 3 year old stayed comfortably here. The master had plenty of room for our pack and play and our three year old enjoyed the bottom bunk bed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was nice to have beach towels provided. Plenty of linens and cosmetic starters for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. View of the beach and easy access to beach was perfect for us.
