This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the Gated Community of Barrier Dunes features a full kitchen, living area, washer/dryer and 1 bedroom with bath on the main level. The master bedroom and bath is located on the second level. The home is conveniently located beside a tennis courts and a pool. The home is equipped with phone, cable TV, DVD and internet WIFI, outside shower and covered parking for 2 vehicles. The community offers a wonderful family environment with tennis courts, a playground and fishing ponds and 2 community pools with 1 being Gulf Front with a Gazebo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and boardwalks to the white sugar sand beach. This community is located adjacent to St. Joseph State Park which has been listed as a top beach in the United States for several years.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.
