Fantastic panoramic views of the Gulf, the white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas, the beautiful sunrises and sunsets are all included in this top floor, top notch condo! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 baths condo is perfect for your vacation needs.
Master bedroom features a King size Sleep Number Bed, TV and a full bath with garden tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV. Third bedroom has two Twin Beds, TV.
The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Bar that seats an additional 4. Laundry Room with washer/ dryer. Living area with comfortable seating, large TV, XBOX, and DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck overlooking the Gulf. The dining area boasts large table and views of the gulf, too! This open floor plan, double glass doors and large deck makes casual dining and entertaining at the beach a breeze! This building only has 12 units and only a few are vacation rentals, lending plenty of peace and quiet, and no crowds at the pool or beach! The building has elevator access. The pool, showers and common area with bathrooms are just steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. Charcoal grill area by the pool to enjoy!

Home away from home

This was out first visit to Cape San Blas. The location of this property is perfect. Close driving distance to everything. Direct access to the beach was perfect. The condo feels just like home. Very cozy and had everything we needed and wanted. Place could use a deep clean (baseboards, ceiling fans, and blinds) but was clean enough to be enjoyable. Dishwasher did not seem to get dishes super clean and shiny but was definitely hot enough for everything to be sanitized. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! Thank you!

Spacious 3/2 gulf front condo

Pros: large living area, extra spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, plenty of kitchen cupboard space, washer & dryer in unit, small uncrowded complex, nice master shower with great water pressure. Cons: difficulty getting both lock boxes open for key, unit was not cleaned and ready for arrival at our 4:00 PM check in time, no dish towels in the kitchen, hot tub at pool didn’t work, trash left by others in the common area downstairs instead of placed in dumpster, elevator needed cleaning and treated for mosquitoes. Would recommend better communication among all parties - owner, management company, HOA, & cleaning service.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We had such a wonderful stay in this unit. Views were great and the whole experience was relaxing and well worth the visit!! The unit is very well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need!! Can't wait to come back :)

Perfect condo on the perfect beach!

Perfect condo - the boardwalk made an easy walk to the beach, the elevator was great to unload/load our suitcases/groceries, under condo parking was great, the pool and landscape was very well maintained, the kitchen had all the items you would ever need including a small ice chest if you needed one to use (that was a first) - the VRBO description did not disappoint - will plan another stay there - we usually stay in a house but this condo made you feel you were in a house!

Great option if you're looking for low crowds

Cape San Blas is a good option if you're looking to avoid the communities overrun with condos, traffic, and people. This condo is spacious with a wonderful kitchen. We do a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The porch is big and has beautiful views, but I would recommend guests bringing additional camping chairs or a hammock. There are hooks for a hammock but no hammock itself. We actually used the blow-up mattress provided by the condo on the porch so we'd have a place to lay and read. We had a few issues upon check-in with the lockbox and condo cleanliness, but the management company took care of it immediately, and they were great to work with. They sent housekeeping within an hour of our call, then all was well.

Great condo and location!

We love Cape San Blas and it’s low key vibe! This condo is lovely with and amazing great room/ kitchen/family room that overlooks the beach. The second bedroom is rather cozy with its queen size bed.

Wonderful vacation

The condo is beautiful and very accommodating. Location is wonderful and very quiet. Something I learned while down there is that you can get a beach pass to drive on beach! We had rented a beach wheel chair for my mom but will do the drive pass next time (bc it is way cheaper). Cannot wait to book our trip there for next year!
