When you go on vacation you expect to relax. Not in this case. We have stayed in many homes over the course of 5 years and this is the first bad review I have ever given. To be honest, the house itself was not the issue. The description that WIFI was included was false. We called the property manager who sent someone on Monday to only tell us they did not know why we weren’t receiving a signal and they would be contacting the cable company. Hours later we again contacted the company, who told us working with a third party, being the cable company, the earliest we could get an appointment would be for Wednesday. I asked if they could provide a hotspot as a temporary solution. My husband had to continue to work remotely so we have to drive into town, about 20 minutes away, three times a day just to get a hot spot. And at the time, they said we would have to wait for the cable company. I was so upset, I asked to speak with a manager who said she would try to expedite the cable company. That night they called saying someone would be coming on Tuesday between 8-12. So now, not only have we been going into town 3 times daily but we would have to give up our Tuesday morning. The cable company said someone cut the line and he did not know when they would be able to fix it. Now I am LIVID! I called the property manager and
demanded a solution NOW! I should have never had to get to that upset for something to actually be done! I will NEVER stay with 360 properties again.
