The property features a private driveway along with two covered parking spots located directly beneath the home—perfect for keeping vehicles shaded and protected from the elements. In total, the home accommodates up to six vehicles, making it ideal for families or groups traveling with multiple cars, golf carts, or even a boat trailer. Whether you're coming for a weekend or an extended beach stay, you'll have plenty of space to park and settle in comfortably.

• The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
• Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
