This home sits on the beach at the North end of the Cape, close to entrance of state park with less traffic and we Welcome Pets :)
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! There is no other place on the Cape like this one! Discover the rare 120 feet beachfront property with panoramic ocean views with a private boardwalk right to the beach.. In fact, the person who built this beach home was the original owner of the entire Cape San Blas Peninsula. He could have built anywhere on the Cape but he chose this site to construct his dream beach house. It is located on the very North End of the Cape, approximately 1000 feet from the entrance to the rated #1 beach at the State Park. This property is approximately 3/4 acre with a direct view of the ocean with undisturbed dunes and vegetation.
If you are new to the area, the further North on the Cape, the bigger the dunes, the water is clearer, and the color of the sea is bright blue. This home is not in a crowded subdivision, which means much more privacy for you. The dolphins also agree as they frequently visit in large pods. What an amazing sight to see up close. Bring your fishing pole, explore the beach and see the turtle nests, spot the eagles catching their dinner, or just go for a simple swim with an alluring beautiful ocean. This home has it all!

'Hidden Treasure' is the true meaning of a beach house. The beautiful drive to the home with the scenic view of the CAPE, with ocean on one side and the beautiful Bay on the other. is breath taking! Drive through the custom gate "Hidden Treasure" into a private paradise which the home sits on a gorgeous 15-20 foot dune. This 120 foot Gulf front property is a place where you can relax enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Walk directly down to the ocean from the 60 foot porch to your PRIVATE boardwalk to the beach. No need to pack your lunch - the beach is only 25 feet from the house! The crystal blue water will make you feel as if you were on a Caribbean island. Enjoy the beautiful beach with white powdered sand and lots of seashells to be found. This is truly paradise found and a dream come true!

This home is like brand new with all the renovations after Hurricane Michael. New luxury vinyl floors, furniture, linens, electronics, roof, hurricane proof windows and doors, cellular shades, and much more. The layout of the house is a simple split design. The open concept is perfect for entertaining with a large living room with new patio doors with blinds inside the door, dining room, and kitchen. This large area with cathedral ceilings can have the whole family together but everyone can be doing their own thing. There is a 65 inch flat screen TV, cable, and wireless Wifi. Read a book on our comfortable couch/ sleeper in one area, watch TV in another, sit at the table and search the internet, or cook up a gourmet meal while gazing out to the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, top of line appliances, and a large bar that can accommodate friends and family. Please note that we do NOT provide a grill for outdoor cooking. We are so close to the ocean that the grills rust within months of purchasing. which cause many safety concerns (rust, fire hazards, etc...)

The master suite is located on one end of the living area, and two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath, are located on the other. The master suite and one guest bedroom have entrances to the 60 foot deck overlooking the beach! Our guests will have sweet dreams on the king size tempurpedic bed. There is a brand new master bath with walk in shower, dual sinks in new vanity , and shiplap to boot!

Sun Sets Right in Front of Your 60 Foot Covered and Screened In Porch! This porch is enclosed so you can open the doors and windows for a soft flowing breeze throughout the home during the off summer months. There is the convenience of a washer/dryer in the laundry room.

The home has been freshly painted with an outdoor shower, surrounded with a white vinyl privacy fence, and an upgraded driveway with tropical colored pavers.

There is a wonderful bike and walking path that leads from the entrance of Cape San Blas all the way to the State Park (appx 7 miles). It is great for jogging, biking, exploring, and very safe for children. Up to (2) beloved dogs are welcomed in this home and the beach is pet friendly! There is a pet fee for each dog (no cats please). Please pick up after your pets (poop) on the property and on the beach, so we can continue to have one of the last pet friendly beaches around!

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer monthly rates at anytime due to the popularity of this home. Our rates are based on weekly rentals. We can rent for more than one week at a time but multiply the rate times the number of weeks.

This property is FABULOUS! The kitchen had everything for all sorts of meal preparations. The hostess was very thorough and clear in her instructions. The beach is so close and everyone that we met was so friendly, including the dogs. Beds were super comfy and being able to wake up and look out at the ocean was amazing! We saw dolphins, and overwintering loons right out front. Even saw the green flash one of the amazing sunsets! Towels were super soft. The screen porch is just amazing. Hope to come back again.

Awesome Location

The stay was absolutely stunning. The views,location and serenity of the ocean couldn’t have been any better. The weather was perfect and colors of the water were mesmerizing. We will be back. A week off paradise

We had a fantastic time at Hidden Treasure. The house is in a perfect location, close to the state park and has all the amenities that you would need. We have stayed on the cape before but this house is right on the beach and the sunsets are a must see plus it doesnt get better than the screened in porch. We loved being able to bring our pup along, he loves the beach too. Dr. Leslie puts great thought and care into the home, making improvements, calling to make sure we checked in alright and ensuring there was nothing we needed. Dr. Leslie also gave us great recommendations for things to go/places to go. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are looking to spend quality family time, listen to the ocean, watch sunsets and relax!

Beautiful beach, beautifully restored house

We really enjoyed our stay--such a beautiful location and with limited enough housing that it was not too crowded. The interior of the house was clean, well-designed and decorated. My only recommendations are: renters should ensure they have the entry code before arriving because the cell signal is not good; and bring your own pan and a couple of knives as the fresh seafood is great and you will want to cook at home!

Amazing Spring Break!

This beautiful house was exactly as described. We've stayed in the Cape 6 times now but this was our first time ocean front. I don't think we can settle for less anymore. Being ocean front was so convenient with having small kids and dogs. Bathroom breaks, lunch breaks, nap time was all just so easy since we were only a few steps from the house. The fantastic new beach access walkway was awesome and made getting all of our gear out to the beach a breeze. Another thing that was great was the amount of privacy on the beach. Where it's located, there aren't that many houses so there were a few days that we felt like we were the only people out, we liked that a lot.

Truly A Treasure

This was our third trip to Cape San Blas and our first time to be directly on the beach. It was heavenly. The screened in back porch was perfect for gazing at the water, from morning to sunset. We put the dog crates out there and they loved it too. The interior of the house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was especially helpful having designated towels and sheets for the pets, to cover the furniture and pillows (even though we brought our own). Dr. Leslie has lovingly taken meticulous care of this Hidden Treasure. Hopefully we can return some day.

Beautiful home in peaceful setting

Very clean! We had an unexpected, not preventable maintenance issue arise, and Leslie was immediately on it, getting a solution. Could not have had a better experience! Lots of crab catching, fishing, sunset watching. Very low key and enjoyable r and r for our family! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on Cape San Blas!

Best vacation ever

Every thing about our stay at Hidden Treasure was perfect. The house is beautiful, super comfortable and has everything you need. The view from the screened in porch is amazing. We loved sitting outside watching the sun set every night after spending all day at the beach. We even had dolphins swim right past us and another day they were jumping out of the water it was the best vacation ever and we will definitely be back next summer! Beach vacation review

Very nice accommodations. Could not beat the view and access to the beach. Home was clean and well stocked. A few maintenance issues were the rear deck/porch that needed restained and a crack on the living room ceiling drywall that needed to be fixed. Probably in need of new living room furniture soon as I’m sure it gets used the most by guests. The house was great though with more privacy than most surrounding homes.

What a beach house is supposed to be

What a great beach house! Old school but updated. On a less populated area of the cape and right across the dunes. Easily get you family out to the beach or sit on the screened porch and watch the sun set into the gulf. I highly recommend if your idea is getting away from the crowds.

This house is steps from the sand, with its own private walkway. It was plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch, and especially loved the sunsets! We will be back!

Best porch on the Cape!

We loved our time at Hidden Treasure! We lived on the big screen porch and never missed a gorgeous sunset. We basically had the beach to ourselves. The bed in the main bedroom is so comfortable, and there is a good amount of drawer space in the bedrooms and bathrooms so we could settle in. We were also within biking and walking distance of several good restaurants for dine in or take out. Also super close to the park! Leslie was so responsive and helpful. Such a great house!
