The well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant place to play chef when you aren't dining out at the area's popular restaurants. When neither option appeases you, fire up the provided grill for a barbecue. Whether you're dining with takeout or a home-cooked meal, the expansive dining table offers the perfect spot to indulge in mealtime as a family.

The bedrooms offer peaceful spots to rest your head and stream your favorite show. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the home's private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Outside, the enclosed yard is ideal for yard games and sunbathing. All of the components of the perfect vacation are here - all there's left to do is book!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
