Outstanding golf overview

8th floor resort apartment in the tallest Gulf-front building for 20 miles in any direction. This means amazing views in every direction. This particular unit, as a penthouse, has the added benefit of a private 1,000 sq. ft. terrace. Private security entrance, elevators to lighten the load, balcony (apart from terrace), large heated pool, new tennis courts, indoor game room with billiards, ping-pong, air-hockey etc., nature-walk with fishing bridge, and private beach. Lots to do. Kitchen fully stocked with equipment, new queen bed & new futon, kayaks upon request. Large flat screen TV with all the Spectrum channels, Netflix, and Hulu. Most of the amenities of a resort hotel, with the notable exception of an on-site bar, but there are a lot of beach bars within a couple miles drive (Sam's, Ollie's, Skinny's, Get Hooked, etc.). Excellent British restaurant (Brit's) four miles away.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great views, nice location, out of the way.

Really liked the location and the views. We were short notice, so that may have impacted the situation, but the property wasn't clean upon arrival, and the security didn't know we were coming. Overall, a little rough, but priced appropriately. Wouldn't take much to make it 5 star.
