I fortunately received a phone call.

We had excellent accommodations. But I didn't know I was going to have email communication from V-Trip who are the property management. Luckily they called me to get some paperwork signed and provide check in info. No where in the Hotel.com conformation was I told I would be contacted by another party.
Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2022
