Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is big with 4 bedrooms. It has a nice view of the water and the location is good. What we didn't like was that it did have a roach problem and the majority of the mattresses were old and very uncomfortable misshapen especially for the price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of maintenance needed inside the house. Shower handles, sink faucets, Kitchen faucet, refrigerator shelving, flooring, mini splits not working. BBQ pit needs to be replaced. Plenty of room for everyone. Layout of house is perfect for our group. The new railing on stairs and upper porch was nice and really needed. Upgrades to fishing dock nice as well.

Nice house bad fishing lighting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reason we rent homes with a pier is to utilize all resources of house including pier. House was huge and more beds than expected. Down fall on house was the very bad pier lighting. All houses around had enough lighting for a football field and we were left with lighting as if you were in a vehicle. Fix lighting on pier foe best experience.
