This unique place has a style all of its own. This waterfront cottage is nestled in the channels of Long Island Village. You can entertain and enjoy the modern kitchen and new appliances, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large deck to socialize and bbq to your heart's content.

Enjoy the indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs or have fun in the 9-hole , par-3 golf course and other amenities the Village offers. There is something for everyone.

Relax, You're on Vacation!

Resort Stay. You are responsible for the $90.00 resort fee at the Welcome Center. The resort fee covers access to certain amenities in the village but not all. Please see Welcome center for additional information.

The property is clean and nice. The rooms are not big but there is enough space for small family. The deck is big and great. If you like fishing and have a boat, this is a perfect place to stay.

This beach cottage was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating out on the deck and using the outdoor grill. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the community pool. Thank you for sharing your home!

Spot on the water.

The property was amazing. Even better in person. Loved the location and all the extras were a bonus. Like the pools, activity center. We loved fishing off the back dock, we caught lots of catfish. Great place to stay would definitely stay here again. Anyone with family or just for a couple.
