"Welcome to this recently constructed, modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a delightful water view. The open floor plan features a spacious living area seamlessly connected to the kitchen. Step out onto the large screened-in porch to savor your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking sunsets.

Inside, the living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The Master bedroom offers a King adjustable bed and a 55-inch smart TV, while the second bedroom includes another King bed and a 46-inch smart TV. The third bedroom is versatile, with a convertible couch that transforms into a full-size bed, a work desk, and yet another 55-inch smart TV. For additional guests, two Queen (Serta) Air mattresses are available upon request.

Practical amenities include a 30-amp electric circuit in the garage, perfect for charging an electric vehicle. As a guest, you'll have access to two community swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. The SPI Golf Course is conveniently located just one mile away (with fee access).

Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Laguna Vista is situated five miles from Port Isabel, 12 miles from the beach, and 25 miles from Mexico."

Great first experience

It was everything I needed and more. They under promised and overdelivered. The house was very well stocked including pool toys in the garage and spices in the kitchen. It was perfectly clean. We lost power for 1/2 day (as it turned out it was the neighborhood) and we had to go door to door when Angel did not return a text inquiry, but that was the only hiccup. My sister hated the futon and there was a funny noise (like fireworks in the distance) in that room but I spent the night there and it was ok.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2024
